This Full Moon in Taurus has the potential to be a game changer! Unexpected or shocking events, sudden insights or shifts in awareness serve to liberate us from the comforts that prevent us from experiencing our life in a way that reflects our true nature. Regardless of how this energy presents itself in your personal life, look for how it is empowering you through a radical shift in awareness.

While these shifts hold the potential to be deeply empowering, shocking changes are generally not comfortable and we can sometimes feel alienated by the shifts from our familiar ways as they take us out of the consensus. It is important to allow yourself  time to process and integrate these changes. This is a process of liberation and self empowerment.

These alignments can feel like being opposed or restricted in your interactions with others. This energy offers the opportunity to explore the effects cultural conditioning has had on you and the wounding that surrounds it as it has felt out of alignment with your inner world. The opportunity here is to tune into your own unmet needs and find what is needing more empowerment in you.

Sun in Scorpio quincunx Mars Retrograde in Aries

This reflects the final stage in metamorphosis regarding the recent Mars retrograde cycle we have been experiencing. (Reread the Mars retrograde post for further understanding) Here the adjustment that will need to take place is between attachments of the past and your ability to move forward in a new direction. The old direction must finally give way to the new.
